Chip Eng Seng Corporation Limited (CES) is a multinational conglomerate company with focusing in precast technology, construction, civil infrastructure,  environmental, real estate development and investment, hospitality and  education.

CES was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”).

Founded in 1960s, CES began as a building subcontractor for conventional and landed real estate properties. In 1982, It was appointed as main contractor for its first HDB project. Since then, CES has grown in scale and expertise and branched out into the private condominium construction as well as into precast technology.

Since the 1990s, CES undertook real estate development and investment, which included residential, shophouses, industrial, commercial and mixed developments. In 2015, CES ventured into the hospitality industry and subsequently in 2018 into education segment.

In 2019, CES began its business in civil infrastructure with the acquisition of a well established design and build construction service provider to further build up its construction business. In December 2020, CES augmented its infrastructure and civil engineering competence through the acquisition of an integrated procurement, engineering, construction and maintenance contractor, whose proficiencies are in engineering,  design, supply and commissioning of water and waste-water treatment technology.

Currently, the Group has business presence in Singapore, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia,  Bangladesh, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia,Africa and the Maldives,

CES unceeasingly strives for supremacy on all area. CES has since received many awards in construction quality, workplace safety and health, environment protection, productivity and innovations, as well as corporate transparency.
